Coach Jasmine Graves



Coach Jasmine Graves serves as the Head Softball and B-Team Volleyball coach at Bethune Bowman Middle/High School. She was born and raised in Bowman, S.C and a proud graduate of Bethune Bowman Class of 2009. During her time at Bethune Bowman she played volleyball, basketball and softball. She took pride in playing sports but education came first. Her brains and athletic ability earned her numerous college scholarship offers. Coach Graves attended Morris College in Sumter, SC on a full scholarship. Coach Graves was a four time letterman in softball and also played one year of volleyball at Morris College. Coach Graves graduated from Morris College in 2013, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a concentration in Health Science. During her time at Morris, she met her husband Quenshawn Graves. She married in June of 2015 and with that union they have three beautiful daughters; Kennedi, Karmyn and Khelsi. She takes pride in her family and everything that she does.

Coach Graves is currently a bookkeeper at The Technology Center in Orangeburg but is studying to become a middle school science teacher. She recently obtained her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently enrolled in the educational leadership program at Grand Canyon University.

Coach Graves, a proud member of  Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., is very hardworking and dedicated and she demands the same out of her players. That same goal driven attitude, had her team two outs from the Lower State Championship in 2019. Her motto is “it takes dedication and hard work to constantly improve yourself”.
